At Forest Ridge Therapy, we are a collaborative group of therapists dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in creating meaningful change. We’re passionate about helping clients deepen understanding, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.
We’re currently seeking licensed contract therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) or pre-licensed therapists to join our growing practice. If you’re looking for a flexible and supportive environment, then we would love to hear from you!

Position Overview
Role: Contract Therapist
Location: Vienna, VA (Hybrid or Remote)
Hours: Flexible (part-time, with an opportunity to build to full-time)
Start Date: Rolling
As a Contract Therapist, you’ll provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families, in alignment with the mission and values of Forest Ridge Therapy. You’ll have autonomy over your schedule while being part of a team that supports your work and growth.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted license to practice therapy in Virginia (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent). Also accepting applications from pre-licensed therapists.
Experience working with individuals, couples, or families.
Interest in relational, systemic, or trauma-informed approaches.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.
(Preferred) Advanced training in evidence-based modalities.
