FAQs

  • Sessions are 50-minutes long. However, if there is a need or recommendation, we may discuss other alternatives along with the fee adjustment. If available, clients may schedule a 75 or 90-minute session.

  • Initially, it is recommended that you attend sessions once a week. Based on your goals and needs, this can be adjusted. As therapy progresses, clients may decide to transition to bi-weekly or monthly sessions.

  • Session Rate:

Please contact for 75 and 90-minute session rates. Limited spots are available for reduced fee sessions. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us for availability. If we are unable to offer accommodations, we can provide referrals.

  • Before beginning services, clients complete intake paperwork, including entering their billing information through Simple Practice client portal. Payment is processed automatically following the session. We do not bill insurance directly, however, your therapist can provide you with a statement to submit for reimbursement.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much therapy services will cost. This provides an estimate of the total cost of services for the year based on the clients desired frequency of therapy services (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.). This serves as an estimate and does not reflect a contract or a requirement to obtain services.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

  • Please notify your therapist of cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid being charged the full session fee.
