I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington, D.C. and Virginia who helps clients reconnect with their authentic selves, agency, and self-care. With a background as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer, I take a body-reverent, integrative approach that honors the wisdom of both mind and body.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington, D. C., and Virginia. I love working with my clients to help them discover their truest selves, connect with their agency, and feel empowered to care for themselves. I believe every person is worth the effort it takes to understand. I care deeply about connecting with people to learn about them and their needs, and supporting them in finding their way into alignment on their own path. In addition to mental health, I have a background and credentials as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Personal Trainer. I consider myself a “body reverent,” which is how I describe the high regard I hold for bodies and brains and the wisdom they share with us.

My therapeutic approaches are shaped by my own experiences with undiagnosed mental health conditions, as well as living in diet culture and feeling pervasive pressure to make my body smaller. After learning to understand and befriend my own mind and body, I now practice from a Health At Every Size ® (HAES) stance.

In my personal life, I enjoy creative projects, fitness, and adventuring with my dog and husband.
